Waikaremoana Accommodation Floorplan
After visiting Te Urewera National Park, the suite is a great place to relax in garden surrounds. Originally built for the Lake Waikaremoana power scheme in 1946, it was completely refurbished in 2009 for tourism by its new proprietors and features the original rimu and matai timber throughout, sound proofing and contemporary furnishings.
As the suite is situated in an elevated quarter acre terraced section, the deck and patio offer lovely views overlooking lake Whakamarino.
